JPG to picture-PDF conversion is not available
Freemore OCR does not package loose photos into PDF pages. Batch Images recognizes the text in those pictures.
Extract image text or work with an existing PDF
For JPG images, choose a text export such as TXT, Markdown or CSV. Searchable layered PDF output belongs to Batch Documents and starts from an existing document. To assemble photographs into a PDF, use a tool with image-to-PDF creation.
